Marion City Schools Student Enrollment
**Access will be limited at the Marion City Schools District Service Center and Student Enrollment Center based on recommendations from Marion Public Health, the Ohio Department of Health and Governor DeWine during the closure of school, March 16-April 3. We ask that those families wishing to enroll their child in our district call 740-223-4422 to schedule an appointment between 12pm-3pm Monday through Friday. If you have official business with the district, please contact our offices at 740-223-4422 to speak with a member of our team to confirm your appointment. We are taking these precautions to protect our community, our staff and our fellow tenants at our 100 Executive Drive location.**
The district's student enrollment activities, including enrollment and internal and external student transfers, are completed at 100 Executive Drive in Marion. This makes it easier for families who may have more than one student to enroll in the district.
If you plan to enroll a student in the district, we ask you to please bring the information listed as necessary to register a student. We will need this information to successfully register your student in our system and obtain the needed academic records from your child's previous school.
The Welcome Center hours are 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please call to schedule an appointment or to request an after-hours appointment.
You can call Deb Sherer at 740-223-3882 or Sue Knotts at 740-223-4422 to make an appointment.
While an appointment is not necessary, we ask you to please make one if possible. This enables you to schedule an exact time so that we can register your child as promptly as possible. Appointments will take precedence over walk-ins.
