School Delays and Closings
Marion City Schools strives to announce delays and closings as soon as possible. If there is a delay, we will announce it on social media, our website and local and Columbus media stations.
Calamity Day Plan
The state allows districts up to five calamity days that they do not have to make up. School districts may use online lessons to make up a sixth, seventh and eighth day. Marion City Schools will again use this option if it has more than five calamity days during the school year. Click here for more information.
